"The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in walking distance to all of the tourist attractions and also there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around. Despite being on a busy square, we didn't hear loud noises at night. The bed was big and comfortable. The sheets were clean. Wifi is working very well. Self check in was very easy."

"We stayed in room no 3 and it was very very hot in the room. The room is facing to west, receives direct sunlight the whole afternoon and becomes like oven. The fan was not enough to cool it down. The cleaning could also be improved, the floor was dusty. And it would be good to receive fresh towels everyday."

"Generally, the whole staying period in that hotel was very comfortable and it was an special experience because of it’s location which is Bruges the fascinating city ! The hotel also overall is good."

"Some of the stuffs like slipper and hand soap didn’t exist in the room and one other important thing is that the circuit box in the room was making noise periodically , this led to be anxious us because we thought that it could be a dangerous due to the fire risk."
