Hotel St James

"Hotelul este mic, cu aproximativ 10 camere, pare o afacere de familie și este situat într-o clădire veche, foarte frumos renovata, care păstrează caracterul original. Camera în care am stat era de mari dimensiuni, cu ferestre uriașe, foarte confortabila, cu un miros plăcut (rar găsești așa ceva într-o clădire veche), modern mobilata și utilata. Baia era imensa, moderna, cu cadă și o fereastra foarte mare. Apreciez amabilitatea personalului și faptul ca zilnic făceau curat în camera. Micul dejun, în valoare de 15 euro nu era foarte diversificat, dar dacă nu ești foarte pretențios este ok, iar sala de mese este intima și curata. Centrul este la aproximativ 10-15 minute de mers pe jos."

"Singurul dezavantaj (nu este vina hotelului) este faptul ca este situat langa o intersecție intens circulata, dar pe mine nu m-a deranjat în mod deosebit."

"Interiorul camerei. Amplasarea într-o zonă în care eu aveam obiectivul pentru care am călătorit în Mons."

"Receptionerul nu a fost manifestat amabilitate. La insistența mea mi-a dat informații referitoare la cum pot ajunge la aeroportul din Bruxelles - Charleroi, dar mi-a indicat greșit locul din care aș putea lua autobuzul spre Charleroi."

"Breakfast was pretty good with good choice of foodstuffs. The lady who attended the reception at the same time as looking after breakfast got me an OUTSTANDING omelette on my plate."

"In the first night we were very disappointed with the significant cigarette smoke smell in the building which nearly caused us to abandon our visit. The second night was ok"

"The room was big and clean. The locations is near the historical center and you can go by foot for almost every touristic points. There are some free public parking slots in front of the hotel, but the hotel also has its own parking (ask the location by message, because it is in the back street)."

"Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Very clean with attentive staff. Bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable double bed. Continental breakfast was adequate if a little on the expensive side. Overall though I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting Mons and the surrounding area."

"The room was very clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a good bathroom with a shower. The hotel is on the corner of a very busy road but not to much noise can be heard because of the double glazing windows. The staff where friendly and only 5 min walk away from the main square in mons."
