"Personalul de la receptie deosebit de amabil, dispus sa raspunda la orice intrebare, sa ajute cu informatii. Hotelul, un concept modern, este amplasat f aproape de Piata Mare, langa gara centrala. In fata hotelului este statie de autobuz, la cca.100m statie de metrou, la cca 200m un mag. Carrefour. Camera de marime medie, pat extralarg foarte confortabil, ap de cafea/ceai in camera. In schimb baia f mica, insa totul f curat. Mic dejun f bun si variat, produse proaspete. Un mare plus, ap de cafea "free" din sala de la parter/ receptie. La hotel se ajunge usor cu metroul in cazul in care de la aeroportul Charleroy mergi cu autobuzul care te lasa la gara Midi (iei metroul 6 sau 2 din statia "gara midi" pana la "Art Loi", acolo schimbi si iei metroul 1 sau 5 pana la statia "gara central". Pretul cartelei de metrou pt o ora este 2,8€. Hotelul are camera pt bagaje. As reveni cu placere la acest hotel !!!"

"Am ales acest hotel pentru ca este situat foarte aproape de gara centrala si am folosit trenul de la aeroportul Zaventem ( 30 minute ) Alt motiv a fost ca este situat in zona centrala a orasului, unde erau toate targurile de Craciun. In afara de tren, am folosit doar o singura data tramvaiul pentru a ajunge la Atomium, in rest am mers pe jos. Micul dejun a fost variat, fructele si legumele au fost un plus pentru mine. Nu au lipsit branzeturile, mezelurile foarte gustoase, patiseria, chiflele, oua preparate sub diferite forme, cereale, lapte, iaurt etc .Am avut si aparat de facut gauffre si in fiecare dimineata le-am servit calde, cu sirop de artar sau cu crema tartinabila Biscoff. Hotelul este foarte curat, curatenia se face zilnic in camere. Camera era calduroasa, se foloseste aerul conditionat, nu sunt calorifere. Am stat de cateva ori si in holul de la receptie unde am servit o cafea foarte buna ( free ). Recomand acest hotel."

"Location is perfect. Breakfast is superb, although a little costly. Staff is very nice. Metro and train station access 10 meters from the main door. Carrefour 150 meters."

"It was my second stay in the hotel with one years difference. What I noticed the first time, was the very strong foul smell in the bathroom. Similar smell was present also in the other room this time, so I guess it's not room specific. It is like the bathroom piping is totally blocked. Also, it is advisable to ask for a room from the Rue des Paroissiens -side, if you want to sleep without earplugs."

"Fantastic location 5 mins walk from central station and close to Grand Place with great eating options. Hotel is minimalist with few amenities but perfect for a city break. Both receptionists were brilliant and very friendly. Spotlessly clean too. Slightly dated boutique hotel but ticked all our boxes for a short city break."

"I like the style of the hotel very much which combines an "industrial" setting (brick walls, concrete pillars and ceilings) with carefully selected furniture. It was my second stay, I got an update to a "club room" on the 7th floor which was really nice, specious with a balcony (not too useful in mid-January, but certainly nice at other times of the year). Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The location near the Central Station is very convenient."
