"I was tired and devastated by my experience at the shah jalal International airport and Started to hate Bangladesh on my arrival day.. Then, I came to my hotel Platinum Residence and I met Iqbbal the the front of desk manager who seem to be studying hotel management at Dhaka Uni I also met Sabbir from the kitchen amd Raju who is like the care taker in the Hotel these three young man made my day. They are the real Bangladeshis kind, warm hearted and made me feel what real Bangladesh is all about. May God bless them them all, they understood my my pain, my day and acted accordingly to make me feel good. Now I feel good at the luxurious setting of my room. These amazing three young Men made changes to the whole perception of how I take Banhladesh as a Whole. Amazing thank you Iqbal, Raju and Sabbir though you may not comprehend what you just did to your country.👏👏👏👏"

"I have stayed in this hotel for 6 days in total. Hotel is located in Heart of the Sunamganj town centre and its only been open for 6 months. Nice modern and clean rooms with all wester facilities one would expect to see in Uk 5* hotels. Bed has comfy Mattress and pillows. Air conditioned room, with clean towels and room service provided daily. Exceptional bathroom facility with hot shower. Breakfast was awesome, lovely verity and freshly cooked. Friendly Staff and Reception team were always there to answer any questions and see to our needs. What I also loved about the Hotel is that more or less everyone spoken and understood English. Hotel is bit on the expensive side but it’s worth every penny, + keeps the demography of the customers it attracts to mid to upper class. I would recommend anyone looking to book a hotel in Sunamganj to book Peace Palace Hotel and you will not regret it."
