"Mi-a placut totul, hotelul in centrul orasului, camera frumoasa, patul confortabil, domnisoara de la receptie foarte draguta ne-a dat toate detaliile unde sa mergem sa mancam 《 am ajuna seara la 20,30》.Hotelul nou de 4 stele la un pret foarte bun(78 euro) cu mic dejun inclus chiar super pret .Pentru prima data am intrat in Bosnia-Hertegovina ,noi venind din Italia spre Romania si am fost placut surprinsa de Banja Luka, un òras foarte curat, plin de tineret seara la toate terasele si chelnerii vorbesc englèza si sunt foarte amabili si corecti. Micul dejun a fost basic, dar suficient, cu legume,fructe, omleta,oua ochiuri,carnati, prajituri, cafea la discretie.Garajul subteran foarte spatios, nu am stat cu grija masinii."
"Nu mi-a placut ca in camera aveau senzori de lumina pe hol si la orice miscare se aprindeau si in toiul noptii( am crezut ca a intrat cineva peste noi).Eu sunt sensibila la somn si daca ma trezesc greu adorm la loc.Dar nu este un minus pentru hotel"

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
