"Personalul de la receptie. Dimensiunea camerei ok spre foarte mare. Curatenie. Vedere foarte faina din camera. Surpriza, fructe in camera la sosire. Camera cu mobilier ok. Parcare generoasa. Locatie convenabila pt shopping dar si destul de centrala."

"Micul dejun dezamagitor. Aceeasi mancare in fiecare zi. Produse de proasta calitate. Cafeaua execrabila, de la dozator, gen... puteau la 5 stele sa puna si ei macar un espresor cat de simplu si o cafea mai ok. Nici nu mai zic de gatit la cerere cum servesc multe hoteluri de 5 stele. Cred ca a fost cel mai prost mic dejun dintre toate hotelurile de 4 stele la care am stat (de 5 stele nici nu poate fi vorba). Pernele au fost foarte tari si desi am incercat perne diferite, din cauza lor nu ne-am putut odihni. Pe parte de toiletries extrem de slab, doar cu cateva elemente cat sa nu zici ca nu au pus."

"This hotel suceeded our expectations. Great value for the price, very big and comfortable rooms with nice city view. Spa is clean, well maintained, 3 saunas and pool with water warm enough for pleasant swimming. Breakfast was fresh, aboundant and of great variety. Would definitely come back when coming to Mostar."

"The spa was terrible. Massage lady was unbothered treated me disrespectfully when I mentioned i wanted more privacy as a Muslim woman. The Spa itself looked like a hospital room with silver metal of bed frames on show and aesthetically not calming to the eye. The changing area was infront of a glass door , just was very uncomfortable."
