The Main Bus Station is 300 metres away. Mostar Airport is at a distance of 25 km and airport shuttle can be organised at a surcharge.

"It was nice and clean, the receptionists were friendly, and the hotel was in a good location."
"The bed was a disappointment for me, as it wasn’t actually a double bed. They had placed two single beds next to each other to make one, but of course, when you sleep, one of them keeps sliding apart. Also, there was no bin in the room, only in the bathroom — which was okay, not a big deal, but worth mentioning."

"Staff were very courteous and helpful.The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The breakfast was good, there was a good selection of fruit,yogurts, breads and cheese, ham and salami with some pastries and biscuits. A good selection of hot drinks and both mornings we were asked if there was a specific way we would like our eggs cooked."
"I had placed the room service on the door after breakfast we just needed clean towels, the room service did not leave us towels. The lady at reception gave us some later in the day so it wasn't a big issue for us."

"Excellent location. Clean rooms. The restaurant staff are not friendly and you need to make reservations before as they only have one dinner option and when we went for dinner after a long day and two hungry kids, we were told they had no food for us. Breakfast is basic."
"The restaurant provides a buffet breakfast but would rate rate 3 out of 10. There is one option for dinner and if you don’t make a reservation and you go for dinner you will be told there is no food. Not very hospitable."

"Our room was a little small for 3 people. It got very noisy when an Italian tour bus came. People running along corridors and children screaming - not particularly the hotels fault but they could possibly ask the groups to be quieter when they arrive"
