"We stayed with 5 adults and 1 child as a family. Everything was sufficient. I can say the house was generally clean. We didn't have any problems. The host was friendly. It was a 7-8 minute walk to Başçarşı and close to all the places worth visiting. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all the necessary utensils, and there was a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you for everything; it was a wonderful stay."

"On the hillside of Sarajevo, not far to get to the scenic spots in the city center and the yellow fortress. Rooms are clean and spcacious. Having three baderooms, everyone could has his/ her own space and has a good rest. The host is hospitable and helpful when giving us instructions to park the car."

"The garage is not very big and not easy to park the car inside as the garage is on the slope, requiring very good driving skill. Our car is a mini-SUV, just fit the size of the garage, so if u are driving a SUV, the car may not be able to park inside the garage. The apartment has many stairs, inside and outside the apartment. The host posts the stairs on Booking.com pictures but the app systems does not show this in the first few photos. Just a kind reminder, if u have huge luggages and drive big cars, this place might not be a good choice."

"Parking is listed among the amenities, but the property doesn’t have its own parking lot. You can only park on the street if you can find a spot. If you’re staying during the summer, note that there is no air conditioning — while it gets cool at night due to the country’s climate, you may need air conditioning during the day."

"Unfortunately, I cannot give a high rating overall due to a disappointing experience upon arrival and departure. When we arrived, the owner kindly showed us where to park, indicating a specific spot with the explanation that she had an agreement for guests of the apartment to park there. However, upon our departure, both the owner and a neighbour asked us to pay €5 for the parking. It’s not about the amount – which is small – but about the lack of transparency. If we had known from the beginning that there was a parking fee, it wouldn’t have been a problem. What was frustrating was the fact that this information was not shared with us upfront. Clear and honest communication is important, and unfortunately this issue left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay."

Not ideal. - car parking is advertised as free but it is actually €5 and not private but parking on the road."

"The man, who giving the keys, asked us payment for parking, but it was not announced in listing. And he sais there is nothing he can do because he is not a owner. There was nowhere to hang towels inside bathroom. And there is really annoying shelf above the sofa. We have beat our heads 3 times. House is need for refresh."

"I recently stayed at this apartment in Sarajevo, Bosnia, which had its pros and cons. The apartment boasted a nice view and tasteful decoration, making it a pleasant space overall. However, be aware that access can be challenging, especially for older guests, as there are steep stairs to navigate. Additionally, the parking is outside and not private, which might be inconvenient for some. The apartment has two rooms, not three as advertised, and while it was cleaned, it was done very basically. On the positive side, the personnel were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. It's a decent option if you don't mind the stairs and can overlook a few minor inconveniences."

"We needed a place in town for our last night before heading back to the UK. This was a good find and a short walk to the bustling centre of Sarajevo. Faris was extremely helpful and was very responsive."

"It wasn't easy taking that luggage up a long flight of stairs and then a further narrow one into the loft apartment."

"The property had such amazing views from every corner! It's located in the centre of the old town, quite close to all necessities which made everything easier. Sani was fab and listened to all of our needs and made sure our check in and check out was smooth. We had lots of great facilities in the apartment and our requests for anything extra were listened too."
