"După o primire caldă, extrem de prietenoasă, în ziua în care am ajuns aici, au urmat, mereu și mereu, numai plusuri: camera noastră - impecabilă, de la calitatea așternuturilor, a halatelor de baie, la presiunea apei de la duș; de la volumul spațiilor de depozitare, de la suprafața balconului și cea a spațiului de zi, până la atenția permanentă la fiecare detaliu, în fiecare colțișor; micul dejun - variat și bogat, sala de restaurant - excelent organizată și frumos decorată, iar cinele - excepțional pregătite și servite, un adevărat răsfăț. Am aflat de la check-in că cina festivă din Ajunul Anului Nou nu presupune costuri suplimentare, fiind inclusă în preț, odată ce achiziționasem pachetul cu demipensiune pentru cele șapte zile ale sejurului. Tot atunci, ni s-au înmânat cardurile în baza cărora, ulterior, am obținut mici reduceri de preț, la diverse atracții turistice."

"Location of our room beside a storage area for the cleaners made for noise from 7.00am each morning. We were left with a bit of a sour taste regarding the ordering of a taxi on the evening before our departure. Sorted in the end but initially told that ordering the taxi the previous evening at around 7.00pm was too short notice."
