Proiectat de celebrul arhitect Jean Nouvel, acest locuință elegant oferă priveliște panoramică la Viena şi are un masă gastronomică gourmet, o sală de gimnastică şi o zonă de spațiu balneo cu suprafaţa de 750 mp, disponibilă gratuit. SO/ Vienna este așezat în centrul oraşului, la o scurtă plimbare de toate punctele de atracţie importante. Camerele de la SO/ Vienna au aer condiţionat şi baie cu o cadă şi duş cu efect de ploaie. Toate camerele includ minibar gratuit, cu apă minerală şi sucuri de fructe. Oaspeții beneficiază de WiFi gratuit în întregul structură hotelieră. Combinând arhitectura vieneză tradiţională cu designul nou, SO/ Vienna are o faţadă elegantă din sticlă, un hol spaţios cu tavan dotat cu ecrane video, precum şi o grădină verticală. Restaurantul cu pereţi în întregime din sticlă şi Barul Das LOFT de la etajul 18 oferă priveliște directă la catedrala Sf. Ştefan. Oaspeţii pot ajunge cu uşurinţă la staţia de metrou Schwedenplatz,de pe liniile U1 şi U4, aflată pe partea opusă a canalului Dunării, doar traversând podul Schwedenbrücke. Catedrala Sf. Ştefan, situată chiar în centrul oraşului, este la doar 10 minute de mers pe jos.

"Uzura din camera, minibar gratuit incredibil de sarac, doua ape si trei sucuri pentru pitici, fara macar o bere 🙂, politica de a retrege din cont de doua ori valoarea facturii ca dupa 10 zile sa iti recuperezi diferenta. Am trimis mai multe mailuri si mesaje in acest sens, pentru explicatii, la care mi s-a raspuns cu mare intarziere stiind ca am achitat factura la plecare, iar dupa 2 zile mi-au mai retras din cont inca o data valoarea facturii. Preturile sunt foarte exagerate fata de ce ofera, in special la cina unde chiar nu se justifica. Zona spa foarte saraca, doua jacuzzi si doua saune care nu functionau. Se obseva setea de bani a managementului. Nu cred ca as repeta inca o data acesta experienta."

Am primit mesaj din partea hotelului pe aplicația Booking, ca ar trebui să confirm șederea pe link-ul atașat, ceea ce și efectiv am făcut, însă ceruseră și datele de la card (eu mai întâlnind așa momente pentru a confirma identitatea), în un final a fost extrasă suplimentar suma de 1060 €. După care administrația a spus ca nu e problema lor și ca au fost niște escroci. Suma nu a fost întoarsă de nimeni."

"Loved everything! We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children (2,4) and we had a room on a 15th floor, with the most beautiful view! We arrived before check in hours and they did their best to accomodate us right away. Hotel is clean, neat and perfectly located, city center well within walking distance so is Prater, metro... Reception staff aswell as the cleaning ladies and busboy were perfect, stowed our luggage until our flight, very polite and organised. Definitely our pick for the next visit!"

"Spa facilities (jacuzzi, steam room) are modest for size of the hotel. There is a DJ playing (loud) music in the top floor bar area Wednesday to Saturday nights from 8/9pm so it isn’t really a relaxing place to have a drink and enjoy the views, which was a disappointment. On Saturday night there was a large queue of people waiting to get into the hotel to go to the bar so it’s not really a space for guests in the evenings."

"A very friendly host family, taking care of all kinds of needs you have. The food is delicious and the room service is flexible. By extending the stay is easily arranged. You can get wide range of authentic local wines from the hotel with reasonable price and nicely packed. In summer it should be a nice location to discover the local wine region."
"We really liked the location — only a 3-minute drive to the ski lift. Parking was convenient, and the views from the windows were very nice. The apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen-living area with the sofa and TV was especially comfortable, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bathroom was great, with a good shower and the existing bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we liked everything. If the existing bathtub were converted into a jacuzzi, it would be an absolutely top-level bonus and would make the stay even more exceptional."
