"M-am supărat pentru că nu am primit ajutor cu factura de la Booking. Am plătit inclusiv taxa de curățenie, însă hotelul Lerch spune că aceasta apare doar pentru o noapte. Am rugat să mă ajute să ia legătura cu Booking, deoarece nu mi se pare corect să plătesc din nou această taxă, dar nu mi s-a acordat sprijin. Am fost forțat să plătesc încă o dată și m-am simțit dezamăgit. Pe viitor, aș dori să primiți sprijin în astfel de situații, pentru ca clienții să se simtă în siguranță și să aibă încredere. Ar fi bine să ajutați în loc să ignorați astfel de probleme, pentru a evita nemulțumiri."

"This is a great choice for a couple of days to transition from work mode to leisure in nature. The Liechtensteinklamm waterfall is a must-visit. I highly recommend staying for at least two days so you can enjoy some hiking during the day and relax in the spa area in the evening."

"The staff was lovely and so hospitable, even opening up the outdoor heated pool area early when they saw we were swimming inside. The pools / playground / garden area /indoor play room is ideal for a stress-free break with the kids. Breakfast and dinner both really nice. Comfy beds. Awesome views. We wouldn't change a thing. Usually we don't revisit hotels, because they are rarely perfect, and it's more fun to keep exploring, but this is an exception. We will come back."

"The chalet was huge with many spacious rooms and facilities for a peaceful stay. It can accommodate 3 families easily providing enough space on the terrace or in dining room around the huge table. Location is perfect - it is not far away from downtown and from the nature. Sauna was also great. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We build plans to visit this chalet once more cause we would like to compare our experience with another season of the year."

"First of all, I am very thankful that I chose Hotel Lerch for your ski holiday. The position of the hotel is no doubt great. It takes just a few minutes to get to Skibus Station. The journey to Alpendorf takes up to ten minutes.  The meal was incredible. I have no complaints about service.  "

"But unfortunately, not everything was great. I was surprised by the room's equipment. I expected something suitable from the four-star hotel.  The room's equipment was very simple. I missed some basic things necessary for a smooth stay.  I missed, for example, an ordinary hand soap, further cups. We didn't have any cups in our room. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter. But sometimes an adult person is thirsty.  I missed further an electric kettle, too.  I shouldn't forget to write a drying rack for clothes. You return after ski day, and you don't have any chance to dry your clothes. Please see an attachment.  We all know some people don’t know the rules of having a sauna. It was hard to accept that people were wearing swimming dresses in a sauna. On the other side, the hotel didn't offer sauna sheets.  In the end, the hotel is a great choice. For 100%. Please don't read this review as criticism. This is a chance to improve a hotel service. "
