"Ai putut sa iti faci chek in si tarziu seara,daca nu teai descurcat ai avut nr de tel pt clienții iar persoana cu care ai vorbit a fost de foarte mare ajutor,sigur de acum va fi pe lista mea de favorite"

"Pentru cateva ore de somn in drum spre casa , este suficient."

"Am selectat camera superioara cu terasa , numai ca "terasa" a insemnat o usa care dadea din camera direct afara. Deci aceste camere cu terasa se afla doar la parter."

"Fantastic hotel slightly tucked away in the cute village of Lech. Staff were amazing. Really made you feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and so luxury. They brought all food as and when you wanted it. Anything from a plate of berries to eggs Benedict. Goran and Robert did a great job. The highlight was the fondue evening. Incredible selection of food - cheese and meats as well as vegetables and fruits. Dimitris the driver was very professional and took very good care of us. Tizian was amazing booking restaurants and organising our itinerary. All the staff were fantastic. Location is good it’s a Nice walking distance to everything otherwise Dimitris is there to bring you."

"Very nice room and spa area. Located on the slopes and also close enough to Sankt Anton as well. Nice breakfast, afternoon snacks and overall food experience. Some saunas have glass doors not perfectly sealed, very pretty but cool down too quickly sometimes making the sauna as experience not as it should be. Nice menu at dinner but whilst some dishes are very well executed, some others, still quite good, could be improved (same for some afternoon tee snacks). Rooms get way too warm even with heaters off and the beds could be more comfortable, especially the queen bed with separated single mattresses create a big division feeling almost like twins beds. It would be nice to have kettle in the room. Very nice staff. Overall very positive experience"
