"Personal foarte amabil si te ajută cu ce ai nevoie. Se vorbește si engleză. Alte limbi vorbite : magiară, slovacă. Mic dejun bun, destul de variat. Meniul de restaurant este foarte gustos si mai deosebit. Hotel renovat si mobilier nou. Camera a fost mare. Baia frumoasă. Este foarte curat. Se face curățenie zilnic. In cameră ai fierbător de ceai și un radiator electric dacă ești mai friguros ... Noi l-am folosit în unele nopți. Pârtia de ski este foarte aproape, au și nocturnă, zilnic. Am reveni cu plăcere la acest hotel. Vă mulțumim pentru un sejur foarte plăcut!"

"Room was spacious with balcony and views of the slopes nearby, breakfast was great as well as the staff. Late checking was smooth and quick. Parking lot just in front of the hotel. After skiing you can enjoy sauna and relax pool."
