"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Only Tv, no movie channels. Bed a bit soft.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Proprietate situată in cadrul unei comunități private, într-o zonă foarte liniștită. Totul este foarte bine întreținut iar oamenii din comunitate și personalul foarte prietenoși și zâmbitori . Vila în care am stat are o poziție excelentă, vis a vis de recepție și piscină , foarte aproape de piațeta cu câteva restaurante unde se poate servi masa și un supermarket. Vila este foarte spațioasă, curată și utilată cu cele necesare șederii. Dacă voi mai petrece vacanța în Puerto Rico , cu siguranță acesta va fi locul în care voi sta."

Ca sugestie- dacă se poate adăuga un uscător de păr și în cealaltă baie. Există doar o baie dotată cu această facilitate.

"Locație excelentă, situată lângă un mall, cu acces direct din hotel. Mic dejun de calitate și facilități satisfăcătoare."

Zgomot în cameră din cauza etanșării defectuoase a geamurilor. Totodată, din același motiv, se depune praf în cameră și se formează curenți de aer reci în întregul apartament, ceea ce provoacă disconfort și face imposibil somnul. Preț destul de mare pentru ceea ce se oferă!

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. Special mention goes to the owners, Mia and her family, who were incredibly helpful and patient during our stay, even assisting us with arranging gorilla and Blue Lagoon tours. An even bigger surprise was the authentic Sichuan cuisine at the guesthouse – the best I've had in Brazzaville! I highly recommend the grilled fish and hot pot."

a bit far from public transport but still within walkable distance. really not much to complain

"Patul a fost super confortabil, bucataria utilata, incalzire in podeaua din baie, cald si placut, studio spatios si amenajat cu bun gust, persoana de la Receptie foarte amabila. Camera a fost cu vedere spre curtea interioara, asadar a fost liniste. O incantare! Recomand si as reveni cu placere!"

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"The staff were so nice and helpful. It really didn’t feel like we were too much or bothering them! No matter what hour. And they compromised with a small issue that we had, so amazing!"

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.
