Villa Niku Berat

"We were truly impressed by what we found at Villa Niku. Considering the extremely low price, we honestly had quite a few expectations—and yet everything exceeded them. The room felt like something you would normally expect from a 4-star hotel: clean, well maintained, and with a very pleasant fresh smell. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—truly a “wow” moment. It felt like being welcomed into someone’s home, where they offer you the very best they have. There was plenty of food, all fresh, tasty, and prepared with care. We were genuinely speechless about the experience. It is rare to find such hospitality and quality at this price level. A special congratulations to the family for their warmth and dedication."

"Ersi is the kindest host ever, met us with a big smile, and answered every message in seconds. The room was super clean, bed comfy, balcony with insane mountain views. Breakfast was great and coffee that hit the spot. Free parking, strong WiFi, and the whole place felt like home. If you’re going to Berat, stay here. You’ll love it."

"A clean, modern place. Has everything you could possibly need. Incredibly friendly staff. It says free (included) breakfast is between 8:00-11:00 but they really just serve it to you no matter what time you wake up, and the breakfast varies every day. Super cute cats around the villa and they have free easy parking on the property. Has a balcony. They send you a message every day asking if you need anything like towels, soap or a room clean. Do keep in mind that you can only pay cash at the property but there is an ATM like 2 mins away by foot. The room was very clean and actually smelled nice so did the sheets and towells (unlike some hotels). Overall it was a very nice place with very friendly staff, would definitelty recommend."

"You do need a car, there's not really much in the area. The AC seemed to give off a weird smell (as they sometimes do) and the room only has darkening curtains, so your options are: curtains closed or open windows, which is no big deal. There really wasn't anything bad at all haha."

"We had a great stay at Villa Niku. The location was ideal, and parking was available on site. The hospitality was fantastic, catering to our needs and accommodating any requests. The rooms were clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and support of the staff. The food was excellent, delicious and had lots of flavour! We were very impressed with the variety of options, and especially loved the breakfast. We enjoyed the authenticity of the traditional Albanian dishes. Overall, highly impressed by this new place and recommend you stay here when visiting Berat!"

"It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The room had a sunny terrace. The staff didn't speak English but were friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfast was excellent with a cooked dish plus various cold elements. I chose this accommodation because it is really close to the main bus station and I could drop off my luggage within a couple of minutes and then explore Berat. The local bus stop is across the road, costs 40 lek (0.40€) if you don't want to walk about 35 minutes to the town."
