"Wunderschönes Haus, unglaublich groß, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich und schnell. Die Gastgeberin reagiert auch schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich. Im Haus ist alles Notwendige oder auch viel mehr (von Kaffe bis Bademantel) vorhanden. Wir waren im März dort – es gibt keine Zentralheizung, aber man kann mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, von Berat bis zum Divjakë-Karavasta-Nationalpark. Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, wunderbar möbliert und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien. Parkplatz im schönen Garten. Markt gleich nebenan. Strand von Divjake sandig flach weitläufig nicht voll."

С первых минут чувствуешь, что здесь всё продумано до мелочей: уютная атмосфера, безупречная чистота и тишина, в которой можно по-настоящему отдохнуть. Просторные светлые комнаты, стильный интерьер и комфортная мебель создают ощущение уюта и спокойствия, как будто ты дома. Особое удовольствие доставил ухоженный двор с зоной для отдыха — утром приятно пить кофе на террасе, а вечером собираться с семьёй или друзьями в беседке. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортной жизни. Хозяева — невероятно гостеприимные и внимательные люди, которые искренне заботятся о своих гостях. Отдельное спасибо за внимание и заботу! Этот дом стал для нас не просто местом проживания, а настоящим уголком счастья. Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать всем своим друзьям!"

"Удобно для семьи из трех человек, парковка возле дома, рядом два бесплатных диких пляжа с камнями и пляж Манго с платными лежаками. Магазины с продуктами, кафе. Два кондиционера, интернет работает хорошо, утюг, фен, посуды нам хватило. Всё в пешей доступности. Конечно всегда можно найти к чему придраться, например нам не хватало кофемашины)) но порадовала цена, парковка!!! и близко к пляжу и мы пользовались чайником)."

"Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was close to the beach, which was a big advantage. It was on the 10th floor. The elevator got stuck a couple of times, which was a little scary. In the property description it was mentioned that parking is not included, and indeed in Shengjin it is very difficult to find parking, so keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"
