"The location was excellent on the edge of the old Town and new part. Across from the bus stop. Easy to walk around and up to the Berat castle.. Free breakfast was a bonus through B. Com. But not like pictures / photos ... Comfy bed, value for money for what we paid"

"Room was damp, no opening window , TV not working,even reported, no kettle as stated in discription which was a disappointment. Bathroom no free toiletries as stated, toilet was loose from the Floor, no where to hang towels to dry but damp room so didn't dry. Small things which could easily be changed, no coat hangers for clothes. Said could pay by card in policies but had to be cash when checked. Somethings not the same as on bookings. Com site for hotel. We were in the annexe part which was fine for us as a bigger room."

"We loved the location. We could walk to all the tourist sights and restaurants. It was easy to get to because the bus stop was almost at the door. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, cosy and attractive. The staff were lovely and accommodating."

"We were disappointed that some of the facilities attributed to the room it booking.com were not in the room eg. Coffee making facilities, Also the listed terrace was not at the room but outside another building and on the roadside. A tumble dryer was listed and not there. We had assumed that having the tumble dryer meant that there would be some sort of laundry facilities. I discussed this with the owner and suggested that the listing of the room be reviewed. I do believe this to be an oversight rather than deliberate. We did love the room and recommend it if you keep the info above in mind."
