"Granted that the hotel is right at the border crossing between Albania and Greece withits usual infrastructure of duty free shops, fast food caravans and gas stations, it still serves the purpose of sleeping in a quiet and relaxed environment. As the main restaurant inside the hotel is under renovation, you have to go across the street for dinner and breakfast. The staff is friendly and eager to help in both places."
"I did not particularly like the shower. There was no shower stall. There was basically only a water hose with a shower head mounted right next to the toilet bowl without a physical separation between the two."

"Excellent accueil, le réceptionniste parle parfaitement anglais. L'hôtel est très agréable, la décoration soignée, la literie très confortable, tout est très propre. Possibilité de dîner et de déjeuner sur place. L'hôtel et la chambre était bien chauffés à notre arrivée en mars à vélo sous la neige ! L'eau de la douche bien chaude. Soirée et nuit parfaites avec un excellent petit déjeuner ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix Réservez ici sans hésiter !!!"

"Розташований прямо перед пунктом пропуску через кордон, у нас виникли проблеми при перетині кордону, та ми змогли тут переночувати. Посеред ночі прийшов чоловік та відчинив нам номери, в яких ми жили. Зранку нам запропонували невеличкий безкоштовний сніданок в барі через дорогу від готелю. Все було добре, дякую."

"Perfect central location just beneath the castle and above the city center - literally 5 minutes walk to each. The hotel is in very good condition and looks very much like the pictures with terrasse, courtyard and pool. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast. Clear recommendation from here."

"İt was a good experience. A wonderful couple running the hotel. Although it is just 5-6 minutes walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants, it is a very quiet place to stay with a beautiful garden. And it was extremely clean. I recommend that hotel for sure."

"The hosts, Besim and his wife, are very attentive: they waited for our late arrival to let us park on the property, and served delicious breakfasts. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the balcony with a view of the castle has a sofa and a small table where we ate some meals. While the location is around 25 minutes of walking away from the main attractions, the atmosphere in the quarter is lovely. When we arrived on a Sunday, we felt transported back to the 1960s and '70s in terms of social interaction: groups of elderly sitting in the shade and talking, kids riding bycicles and playing ball, women with strollers chatting, a serene sense of weekend calm. Peole were talking to each other, very few on their phones! A great market is held on weekdays nearby. The walk back from the old town or castle in the evening was lovely in the cool evening air."
