"I highly recommend this guesthouse ! Rooms- extremely clean overall, comfortable bed, excellent air-condition, very strong wifi, simple furniture but very clean. Also at the hallway- floor was always washed-brushed. Service- the host lady is very kind and helpful. Despite of not speaking english- she navigated us to find nearest bus station and always helped with our requests. She is always around the guesthouse- taking care of everything. Location- absolutely the best spot. Close to all beaches by foot, close to bus stop ( from-to Saranda), we counted at least 4 supermarkets around the place, close to all restaurants, taxi station and we felt really good to walk by foot. Overall: great value for the price, we loved how clean everything was kept. We enjoyed our walks as everything was near by, we didnt have to carry shopping bags up the hill but the guesthouse is on the main road so all very flat surroundings. We would deffinitely come back. Thank you for great place to stay."

"5++⭐ For the price I paid, the structure is definitely excellent. A small apartment of approximately 20m2, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. However, the added value is created by the owners. They cleaned my room every two days, washed and ironed my clothes, brought me food and a blanket when I was sick, every time I go out with the car the owner comes to open the gate for me and helps me maneuver, when it rained the owner covered my bicycle with blankets, for anything you need you can write to their numbers on whatsapp and in a few minutes they find the solution. I feel like i'm part of their family. Truly highly recommended!"

"I Can't think of a better location in Ksamil to stay: 5min from bus stops to/from Saranda; many groceries stores, supermarkets and bakeries around and about 10/15min to the main beaches. The room was extremely clean, the bed super comfy, and the sheets felt freshly clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was lovely for a morning coffee and dry clothes. Although it is close to the main street, the room was very quiet; I could not hear anything from outside. Lastly, the communication with the host was great, mostly via Whatsapp, as she did not speak English, and she helped me book a taxi at a fair price to Saranda at 4:00 AM. I would 100% stay there one more time."

"Nothing. I would only suggest moving the shower hanger a bit further away from the faucet so the person doesn't constantly touch it whilst showering. Nevertheless, it was by no means an issue."

The location it's perfect.Close to absolutely everything,bus station, supermarkets, street with reustarants in a short walk, beach is 5 min from apartment.The owner was always kind and provided the right facilities for our comfort.
