"Un minus este amplasarea hotelului ,la 5 km de centru , dar te poti deplasa cu mijlocul de transport in comun care costa 1 euro , iar daca te intorci dupa orele 22 ,00 cu taxi 10 euro , deci sunt soluti"

"Camera in care am stat era micuta dar pentru 2 persoane este suficient ! Baia super curata , minifrigider in camera , salteaua de pe pat este incredibila ( dormi ca si cum ai pluti ) , camera dotata cu seif , aer conditionat , uscator de par per total tot ce ai nevoie + schimbat lenjerie , prosoape si curatenie in fiecare zi ! Doamna administratora superrr de treaba iar baiatul dansei ( 12 - 14 ani ) de nota 10 , o ajuta cu totul si vorbeste foarte bine engleza ! Micul dejun inclus se serveste la o terasa la 20m de hotel si este foarte foarte bun iar domnul de pe terasa responsabil este foarte amabil si foarte prietenos ! Noi ne-am simtit ca acasa si recomandam din suflet !"

"THIS HOTEL IS A MUST IF YOU ARE IN SARANDE. Where do I start this hotel is a excellent choice and value for money, the service the hospitality is so good I can't say enough, I had a motorbike accident and was injured the managers went above and beyond for me I can't thank them enough for what they did for us, we were treated like family, they even went to the pharmacy and got me medicine, bandages, and did not charge me for any of it. The next morning the breakfast time was over but they still gave us breakfast on our balcony, and kept checking up on us to see if we were ok and needed anything else I will never forget what they did for us I wish them the best in the future. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH LIKE I SAID WORDS AREN'T ENOUGH THEIR HOSPITALITY IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ALEX, HIS AUNT, AND UNCLE 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️"

"It is a family run hotel. Staff is super friendly. Their willingness to accommodate our requests and make our stay as pleasant as possible was remarkable. Cleanliness is 10/10. Location is great, easy to reach both Saranda and Ksamili/ Butrinti."

"It is not very suitable for families with young children, as it is by a busy road and the breakfast area/ outdoor space does not feel safe if your little ones run around. No highchair available."
