"Azi am plecat de la Adele Hotel, locație nouă administrată de o familie care își dă tot interesul ca oaspeții să se simtă bine. Am avut un sejur minunat și recomand cu plăcere! Curățenie de nota 20, așternutul schimbat la 2 zile,prosoapele zilnic, A/C functioneaza foarte bine, personalul extrem de amabil, Emilio deosebit de binevoitor, jovial, ne-a dat toate detaliile de care am avut nevoie pentru a avea un sejur plăcut. Ne-a indicat locuri unde se mănâncă bine la preturi rezonabile. Parcare asigurată. Micul dejun bazat pe produse făcute în casă și diversificat. Ne vom întoarce cu plăcere și încredere!"

"O experiență de neuitat! Încă de la prima interacțiune pe WhatsApp, am fost impresionați de profesionalismul și amabilitatea personalului. Comunicarea a fost rapidă și clară, lucru care ne-a oferit multă încredere înainte de sosire. La fața locului, hotelul arată absolut impecabil – totul este foarte bine întreținut și extrem de curat. Camerele sunt spațioase și confortabile, iar atmosfera este una foarte plăcută și liniștită. Gazdele sunt printre cele mai amabile și atente persoane pe care le-am întâlnit. Nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic pe durata sejurului, iar serviciile oferite au depășit așteptările. Micul dejun a fost delicios, cu produse proaspete și variate. Recomand și fără îndoială, ne vom întoarce aici oricând cu mare plăcere!"

"Proprietatea se afla aproape de centru si aproape de toate plajele spectaculoase din Ksamil. Stafful foarte amabil, in permanenta preocupat de nevoile noastre. Camera foarte spațioasă iar curatenia impecabila. Micul dejun bogat."

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay and truly enjoyed the warm atmosphere. The service was excellent and made our vacation even more special. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Albania. "The hotel was calm and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was done every other day, and the room looked exactly like in the photos. There is free parking available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was carefully prepared and more than sufficient. The location was peaceful and quiet. We had no issues with hot water, air conditioning, or any other amenities."

"Reaching the property may require walking uphill, so it could be challenging if you don’t have a car. Additionally, there is no elevator in the hotel, which might cause difficulties if you have heavy luggage or any mobility issues."
